1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2โ€“3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons, new product launches, or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5โ€“10 business days

    • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2โ€“4 business days

    • International Shipping: 10โ€“20 business days (may vary depending on location and customs clearance)

  • Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking is usually active within 24โ€“48 hours.


4. Customs, Duties, Tariffs & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Guardian Paws is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, tariffs, taxes, or other charges applied by your country.

  • All customs, tariffs, and import fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • Any additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the customerโ€™s responsibility.


5. Damages & Lost Packages

  • Guardian Paws is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • For assistance, email us at Info@guardianpaws.shop with your order number and photos (if damaged).


6. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

  • We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, but delivery times may be longer.


7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, as your order may already be processing or shipped.
