Returns
We accept returns on most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

All tags, labels, and packaging must be included

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items

If a customized item arrives defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will replace it at no cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

An incorrect item sent by Guardian Paws
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If the item is available, we will ship the replacement once the returned item is received.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Warranty & Product Defects
Guardian Paws products are built for durability and reliability. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, please contact us with photos and proof of purchase.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
