All orders are offers to buy, subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud).

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise, and do not always include taxes, import duties, tariffs, or shipping charges. You are responsible for any additional charges, including customs and import fees.

3. Product Use, Safety & Sizing

Our products are intended for use as dog collars, leashes, and related gear. You agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with any instructions, sizing guides, or warnings provided.

Always check the size chart before purchasing. Guardian Paws is not liable if a product is improperly sized due to inaccurate measurements provided by the buyer.

Inspect products before each use for signs of wear, damage, or defects. Do not use any product that is damaged or unsafe.

4. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on our site (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) is owned or licensed by Guardian Paws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our express written consent.

You retain ownership of any user content you upload (reviews, photos, etc.), but by submitting it, you grant Guardian Paws a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, reproduce, and distribute such content for marketing, promotional, or other business purposes.
5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Guardian Paws’ Return & Refund Policy (posted separately) applies to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days after delivery. If a defect arises during this period, contact us with proof of purchase and images. We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
6. Shipping, Customs & Risk of Loss

Shipping methods, costs, and time estimates are shown during checkout. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other uncontrollable factors.

Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon shipment of the items. Once an item has shipped, you bear responsibility for the product during transit, unless the damage or loss is our fault or covered under our warranty/return policy.

For international orders, all customs, tariffs, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are typically collected upon delivery by your local carrier. Guardian Paws is not liable for delays or fees incurred due to customs processing.
7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guardian Paws and its officers, affiliates, agents, or employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, damage to property, or personal injury, resulting from your use of the site or purchases.

11. Miscellaneous
